A round, shallow dish whose surface is divided into segments, each filled with dense raised floral and leaf ornament. Small red, blue and green colour accents sit on the gold-toned ground and the rim is scalloped. It rests on a black velvet cloth inside a hinged wooden box; the cream-coloured lining of the box shows yellowing and staining. A small ribbon-tied fabric pouch is also in the box.
