A cash register with a cast brass-toned body; the front cover is decorated in relief with flowers and scrollwork around a central ornamented cartouche. A glass-sided indicator section sits on top holding red-and-white price tabs, the front carries two rows of round enamel keys and there is a knurled crank on the right side. A drawer with a relief border sits below. The metal surface shows dulling, dark staining and scratches; some key faces are blank or darkened and there is small enamel loss.
